Ingredients

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil, loosely packed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender. Whirl until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
